Standard Stock Boxes
From Pizza Boxes and Soda Boxes to Shirt Boxes and Sweater
Boxes
Our stocking programs are for industries that draw from a standard
product line. For instance, pizza parlors use 9", 10",
12", 14", and 16" boxes. Department and specialty
stores use 15" shirt boxes, 17" sweater boxes, and 19"
robe boxes. Running millions of boxes of the same size and shape
yields a tremendous savings. By spreading fixed setup costs over
a large number of units, we can apply a mass production price
to a smaller order. Then, simply by adding color and your logo,
the boxes become customized.
Normal production time is 10 days (if we have the cutting die
in our inventory). Emergency production is in 5 days. We keep
ample supplies of board to assure quick turnaround response.
Letterhead and Business Card Boxes
Your business is our business
Our letterhead and business card boxes are made from shiny white
clay coated material, ranging from 22 to 24 calipers in thickness.
These characteristics give them the stiffness and strength commonly
found in a set up or ridged box.
We've purposely engineered our boxes to stand up straight on
initial opening for easy loading. Although the lids and bottoms
are interchangeable, the added thumbholes to make them easier
to handle. The lids and bottoms come in the same case to conserve
space and help with inventory management. At Midvale, no box is
released from our factory without being inspected for quality
assurance.
